While this approach was developed by a college coach, Dennis Short from Rollins College a Division II program in Florida, the drills are straight forward yet drive home key skills in a very innovative non traditional fashion....read....not boring.

1. They are fast paced with small groups of 3-4
2. They are designed to teach game - condition concepts
3. They focus on skill building.
